If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, please visit our return page and follow the instructions. If you are eligible for free return/exchange you will receive a return label digitally.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged during transport. If the shoe box is damaged we might charge a fee. Always use a door to door service, we can't guarantee we can pick up parcels at an access point.
Once your return parcel has been received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you an email with the confirmation. This process can take up to 14 days, but we'll make sure to handle your return as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience.
All items are inspected upon arrival to check if they are in an unused condition. Only after approval will we authorise returns or exchanges.
We will issue refunds to your original payment method, have you selected to pay by invoice you'll either get an updated invoice through Klarna, if you already paid, Klarna will issue a credit note.
Exchanges are approved after the inspection of your return, we will then need 2-3 days to process your new shipment. If your requested item is out of stock we'll refund your order and place you on the waiting list for that item, once back in stock you'll be notified.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
